PCD Grinding Wheels
PCD (polycrystalline diamond) grinding wheels designed for aggressive removal of tacky coating materials on concrete substrates including:
- Heavy epoxy / urethane coating
- Mastics
- Glue and adhesives
- Waterproofing membrane
PCD grinding wheels can also perform heavy stock removal on concrete surface, but doing so can cause deep and uneven gouges in the concrete.
Crushed chip PCDs are less aggressive than standard PCD grinding wheels but will preserve the underlying concrete much better and create move even grinding.
Micro PCD can work faster and create less gouging than traditional PCD grinding wheels.
